Aircraft Transition Management : Technical Aspect

Abstract:

Aircraft transition process is a well-organized process which is necessary to ensure all of parties involved are able to effectively address the range of issues associated with aircraft transition, especially redelivery or lease return. There are also several technical aspects that should be considered in this process. In this opportunity, what we will discuss are aircraft condition audits (pre inspection), Aircraft records audits, preparation of redelivery maintenance workscopes, and documents build up prior to aircraft transition (sale, phase in, phase out or redelivery) which consist of Maintenance Program Last Done Next Due, Component Status, Engine LLP Back to birth, Landing Gear LLP Back to birth, Dent & Buckle Chart, AD/SB Status & other major technical documents / status.
